To Create Easy Feedback Form On Page Bottom It Takes Two steps:-

  1. Make an HTML file and write markup and script for Feedback Form

Step 1.Make an HTML file and write markup and script for Feedback Form

We make an HTML file and save it with a name feedback.html

In this step, we make a feedback form and whenever the user wants to give feedback he clicks on
feedback para and display the form we use jQuery slideToggle(); a function for hiding and display the form.You
may also like upload image without page load using ajax jQuery and PHP.

Step 2.Make a CSS file and define styling for Feedback Form

We make a CSS file and save it with name feedback_style.css.
